Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access and download your chosen templates. It's as simple as that!
STEP 3 - Download your Designs

Could find your email? No worries, just log into your user account, go to Orders or Downloads and see a list of all your previously purchased items. From there you can re-download your design files.

Once you’ve placed an order and made a payment, you will receive an email with the download link to your template. Click on the download link to save the template to your computer! What templates do you provide?
We provide easy-to-use digital document templates which you can edit and print yourself.
After purchase the template is yours forever and you can edit and print as many times as you need.
What license is included with my purchased templates?
You can use the purchased templates to market yourself or your business – only for your own use and nobody else’s. You may not use our templates to create projects printed or digital for any third party.
Our designs are copyright owned by Zoeke (Pty) Ltd (trading as DIY Design) – you may not resell, redistribute or share these templates in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digital or printed on any online store.
What is Canva? Can I use my templates if I don’t have Canva account?
Canva is an online design tool which is free to use for you as a buyer. All you need to do is create an account the first time you access your templates.
Canva allows you to edit your item online within your web browser at Canva.com right after purchasing.
No need to download any software, fonts or graphics. Personalise your item right in your browser using your computer, or make basic text edits using your phone or mobile device.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
I’ve paid, when will I receive my order?
Upon successful card payment, your downloads will be available instantly. For EFT payments, please be aware that the artwork will be sent only after the funds have cleared in our account.
Once the payment is confirmed, a direct download link will be provided, and you’ll also receive an email containing the download link (please check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox). Additionally, you can sign in to your account at any time to access your downloads.
FILE FORMATS, FONTS, EDITING
Can I use and edit the templates on a phone or tablet?
Certainly! While you can use Canva on a phone or tablet, we suggest utilizing a computer and web browser for editing your designs, as mobile devices may offer limited functionality.
How to open a ZIP file?
Mac “unzip” files automatically when you double click them.
On Windows you can right-click the zip file with your mouse and select ‘Extract All’.
If you need unzipping software, we reccomend downloading 7Zip for free: www.7-zip.org/
What software I need in order to use the templates?
We offer a diverse selection of templates available in various formats. It’s important to review the product description thoroughly for complete details. Below are the primary file formats we provide, along with the corresponding software required to utilize them:
Canva Templates are accessible through a web browser on any device. There’s no need for software installation; simply set up a free Canva account upon your initial login to use your templates.
Microsoft Word & Excel Templates need to be opened with MS Word 2016 or newer or Google Sheets or Google Docs on a computer.
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign Templates need to be opened with Adobe Suite CS6 or newer.
Editable PDF Templates need to be opened using Adobe Acrobat or the Free Adobe DC PDF Reader on your computer. Please note opening the PDF template with another PDF reader or in your web browser will cause the template to not work correctly.
ORDERS
When will I get my files? Where can i find my files? How many times can I download my files?
Once your card payment is processed, a direct download link will be provided immediately, along with an email containing the link to access your templates or zip file. Use this link to download or access your file at your convenience.
Note: If the email containing the download link is not visible in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. You can also download your file from your account page.
How can I access my Canva Template?
Included in your order is a PDF that details the steps to access your template.
Upon receiving our email, simply click on the provided link to be directed to Canva’s login page. Should this be your first time using Canva, you’ll need to register for a FREE account. After registration, you’ll gain the ability to edit, share, and download your templates.
Does my order expire? How long will I have access to it?
All Canva templates are yours forever – which means there is no time or download limit on your orders.
Any downloadable document templates such as PDFs, Word, Photoshop templates can be downloaded up to 3 times. Please make a copy of your files in a safe place after downloading.
Can I change or cancel my download after purchase?
Unfortunately not. We’re unable to accept returns or make changes to your order once the download link has been sent, except in cases where the file is damaged or if you did not receive your purchase. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so please get in touch with us if your encounter any issue.
What happens if I don’t receive my download files?
After your payment is processed, a direct download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you didn’t find your email in your inbox. Should you encounter any problems in receiving your files, please get in touch with us for assistance.
Please note you can also access your downloads on your accounts page.
Do you offer custom / personalised orders?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom orders or designs but we do accept design recommendations.
We regularly upload new designs to provide a wide product selection in variety of designs and styles. If you need a size or color change of an existing template please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do.

PRINTING
Can I buy printed items from you?
Unfortunately not. Currently, we only provide exclusively digital downloadable templates.
Please note, our listings do not include any tangible items.
Where can I print?
After personalising your file you can save or download your designs as a PDF or JPEG and get it printed.
You can print at home using your home printer or send it to your favourite print supplier. Print quality will depend on the paper and ink used as well as your printer.
